Omega Hires New Regional Sales Manager

We are really excited to welcome Matt Powers to Omega Design as our new Regional Sales Manager. Matt brings valuable Sales expertise from the Pharma Industry and will join a great team to drive Omega's growth in areas throughout the North Central United States. With a demonstrated commitment for serving customers and high expectations, Matt's ethic aligns seamlessly with Omega's mission to orient packaging lines towards excellence.

About Matt

Matt joins the Omega Team with twenty-five years in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, where he specialized in pharmaceutical process and packaging, taught at the University of Wisconsin and Penn State, and spoke to pharmacologists and industry leaders around the world from Sao Paolo, Brasil to Belgorod, Russia.

Among other positions, Matt served as Western US Sales Manager for pharmaceutical solid-dose equipment supplier Freund-Vector Corp., National Sales & Business Head for packaging and coding machinery company Pharmapack North America Corp., and Senior Global Sales Engineer for tableting equipment manufacturer Thomas Engineering. Earlier in his career, he owned a successful water filtration and purification company.
