Robotic Unscrambler
Omega debuted its new Robotic Unscrambler. This fully automatic system features a parallel-kinematic, multi-axis robot to separate, orient and position bottles onto a conveyor or into stabilizing pucks.
Pouch Feeder
Omega showcased its next generation OMNI-Feeder, dual format Pouch and Canister Feeder. The show machine’s configuration was setup for Pouches, though the unique dispensing head can easily be upgraded to enable canister desiccant feeding.
Case Packing With a Cobot
Omega showcased its next generation Cobot Pack Assist, a collaborative robot that can integrate into new or existing Intelli-Pacs to boost line efficiency. When paired with Omega's Intelli-Pac, the Cobot Pack Assist can increase case loading speeds up to 70%, while freeing an operator to focus on other steps in the packing process.
