Integrated Reject Station (Bottle Unscrambler)

Omega can integrate a reject station inside its Rotary Pocket Unscrambler frame. During the Unscrambling process, a rotary pocket grips a bottle and maintains 100% positive control. The rotary pockets are attached to a main turret that spins around a vertical axis. Each pocket can also independently rotate on another axis to invert a bottle 180°. This capability provides a unique opportunity to perform a post-inspection reject task before a bottle gets discharged from the rotary pocket and without taking up additional floor space. A bottle gets rejected when a rotary pocket releases its grip over a reject bin. An overhead air jet assists to avoid compromising machine speed.
