Omega Design showcased the next generation Cobot Pack Assist for the Intelli-Pac at Pack Expo 2022 in Chicago (Oct. 23-26, 2022). Omega Design's Intelli-Pac is a semi-auto case packing system for loading loose or bundled product into cases. Cobot Pack Assist is a collaborative robot that can integrate into new or existing Intelli-Pacs to boost line efficiency. The collaborative robot shown in this video was powered by Xyntek. When paired with Omega's Intelli-Pac, the Cobot Pack Assist can increase case loading speeds up to 70%, while freeing an operator to focus on other steps in the packing process.
